Above & Beyond Events Unlimited is now offering event management/day~of coordination for any/all events including but not limited to mitzvahs, corporate/sales meetings & events, fund raisers, private parties, employees appreciation events, grand openings, etc.
Event Management/Day-Of Coordinator services include:
- Control event from conception to clean up
- Meet with clients to coordinate any details
- Plan with client and their team
- Scout & book locations, food, entertainment, staff & clean up
- Create & stick to budgets
- Organize/arrange transportation & lodging
- Hire & wrangle keynote speakers and/or celebrities
- Hire A/V teams & equipment
- Hire all talent including dj’s, mc’s, bands, musicians, dancers, singers, servers, bartenders, promotional teams, photographers/videographers, photobooths, airbrush artists, tattoo artists, etc.
- Ensure all vendors are in place at proper times & locations
- Work with venue staff to ensure all timelines are adhered to & client is happy from beginning to end
Mitzvah/Sweet 16 specific services include:
- Pick up items at family’s home to be taken to venue
- Organize and set out place-setting cards and table numbers
- Execute final details on centerpieces
- Ensure details for Candle Lighting ceremony are in place
- Meet, greet & direct guests as they arrive at the event
- Serve as a liaison with caterers/vendors
- Organize and hand out kids’ goodie bags at end of celebration
- Help to load car after the celebration
